The Black Bull in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Front of House Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards there Level 2 Catering and Hospitality which will take approximately 16 months to complete.
Duties:- Meeting and greeting customers
- Take drinks orders and food orders
- Table checks to ensure customer satisfaction
- Up-selling further products
- Dealing with customer queries
- Allergens
- High levels of cleaning
- Stock count
- Working the till, card payments and cash
- An outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- A good team player
- A strong work ethic
- Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Well presented and well mannered
Grades: There are no formal qualifications required.
Hours:5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, earliest start 8:30am, latest finish 10:00pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch, maximum 38 hours per week
