Job Description
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support in the delivery of HR-related training to new and existing staff.
  • Participate in the implementation of HR projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Support the HR department in daily tasks and coordinate logistics for meetings and HR events.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong experience in a HR Admin role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to handle confidential information discretely.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Good understanding of industrial/manufacturing sector regulations and employment law.
