The role:
- Full-time and part-time General Cover Teacher opportunities across secondary schools in Shropshire
- ASAP starts available
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring students remain engaged
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Adapting confidently to different school settings and classroom environments
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is flexible, professional, and adaptable
- Is available immediately or at short notice
- Has a genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people
- Can build positive relationships with students and staff
