Key Responsibilities
Care Management: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in care.

Qualifications and Skills
Level 3 Qualification: You must possess a Level 3 qualification in the Children and Young People Workforce.Experience: Demonstrable experience in working with children and young people with complex needs.
