As a Senior Support Worker, you will be committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people with complex needs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that each child receives personalized care that meets both their physical and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities

Care Management: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.
Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in care.

Qualifications and Skills
