Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team at John Bell & Croyden and fill a full-time position. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Pharmacy operates smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

About the CandidateThe ideal candidates will have at least 1-year experience in a customer facing role in retail pharmacy.

Working in John Bell & Croyden retail means representing our brand and our values. You will be required to guide, inspire, and help our customers in every way, whether on the sales floor or till-points. A high quality of service means you will also have to ensure our patients and customers and healthcare professionals receive outstanding care at all times.
This full-time position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, primarily from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover weekend shifts as needed.
Main duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer care through fast and accurate dispensing.
- Support the Dispensing and Healthcare team in taking in and handing our prescriptions as well as dealing with customer queries.
- Provide health & general advice to our customers in person or over the phone.
- Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage dispensary stock by cleaning, replenishing and date checking dispensary shelves to prevent over or under stock.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventory.
- Attending training sessions.
The successful applicants must have:
- Experience of working in Pharmacy. Successful completion of an HCA (Healthcare Assistants) and Dispenser certificate.
- Ability to demonstrate a real passion and a clear knowledge about our products.
- Experience in providing a high standard of customer service.
- A good understanding of pharmacy

Pay: £13.16 per hour
