24/7 Network Support - DV Cleared
We are currently looking for a number of DV cleared Network Support Engineers to be part of a Network Management Centre providing 2nd line support.
Support is provided on-site in Central London and is provided 24/ 7 so this work will be shift based. 12 hour shifts, 2 days, 2 nights and the 4 days off.
The successful candidates will:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of IP networking, switching and routing.
- Have an awareness of configuration of Cisco IP/ Ethernet equipment.
- Have a clear and analytical approach to problem management.
- Have an understanding of ITIL working practices.
