You will be joining the well-respected Residential Conveyancing team and will be providing clients with high-quality services and excellent care.
Within this Residential Conveyancer role, you will be:
Taking ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload from inception through to completionShared equity/ownership transactions
New build transactions
Remortgages and equity release
Help to Buy transactions
Right to Buy transactions
Transfers of equity/ownership
The successful candidate for the Residential Conveyancer role will ideally have 2 years’ previous experience within Residential Conveyancing, is able to work well as part of a team, is organised and has a keen eye for detail and is wanting to establish themselves in a reputable law firm, for the long-term.
