Job Description
  • Manage claim files, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their claims and guide them through the process.
  • Work closely with legal professionals to ensure efficient resolution of claims.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, maintaining the firm's reputation for quality.
  • Handle any claim-related queries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and other documentation related to claims.
  • Stay informed about changes in the legal industry, particularly regarding claims processing.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Service department.
