Job Description- Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance team
- Preparing and delivering strategic financial plans
- Setting and controlling budgets
- Producing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Developing and implementing financial KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Driving process improvements in the finance function
- Working closely with other department leaders to achieve company goals
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- Relevant financial qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Experience in a financial leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and reporting
- Experience in managing a finance team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- A competitive salary in the range of £63,000-£68,000 per year
