About the role of Assistant Site Manager
You'll be working for a 5-Star house builder, who have built an enviable reputation in the housing sector, specialising in open market developments, traditional build covering the NW.
Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager- Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
- Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.
- Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.
- Coordination and progress meetings.
- Ideally minimum 3 years' experience working on open market housing developments as an Assistant.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
- £40k - £48k + car allowance
