Senior Creative Designer
The Opportunity

As the Senior Creative Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Antler’s visual identity across all brand and marketing touchpoints. From concept development to final asset delivery, you will lead design projects that enhance brand storytelling and drive engagement across digital and print platforms.Working closely with the Head of Creative and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all creative outputs align with the highest standards of design and our evolving brand aesthetic.
This role requires a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of brand experience, and the resilience to adapt to the fast-paced retail landscape – leaning into your expertise in creative thinking and design programs. Leading our design team, you will also mentor and guide our Creative Designer, championing innovation, motion graphics, and compelling visual narratives that bring our brand to life.
The Day to Day
We’re fast-paced and opportunistic, meaning we’re agile and comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting, where no two days are ever the same. But these are the things that will be core to your role and will keep you busy.- Create visual assets for marketing, branding, and advertising across Antler’s digital, retail and wholesale channels (e.g. website and email, organic and paid social media, brand and event collateral, in-store POS, stationary).
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative on visual concepts and translation of campaigns and promotions across all channels, refining per territory to meet the individual needs of our global audience.
- Work closely with the product design team to enable a deep understanding and knowledge of our products and customer that can be woven into creative concepts.
- Scale a concept, message and experience across varied digital-first formats, leaning on the Creative Designer to artwork and deliver assets at scale.
- Oversee management of Creative Designer and the creative design team’s projects from stakeholders across the business, ensuring assets are delivered on-time, to budget and stored/shared accurately via our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
- Building design presentations, guidelines, always-on digital promotional toolkits and specification packs for digital and printed materials for both internal and external stakeholders as we grow.

- We are based in Southwark, working 3 days a week in the office.
Requirements
The Requirements
It’s all about compatibility. These are the things you’ll need to thrive in the role at Antler.- Excellent understanding of the world of brand & retail experience, and the design and production process.
- Refined creative eye with experience in generating engaging narratives and creative concepts to help reinforce brand messages and sell specific products.
- A strong interest in editorial design, lifestyle brands and travel.
- Expert understanding of design programs (Adobe CC, Figma) and design principles across typography, colour theory, layout and composition, branding and identity.
- Strong creative visualisation and understanding of motion graphics to bring assets to life using After Effects, Cinema 4D or similar.
- Impeccable attention to detail and passionate about great design.
- Proactive and conscientious; able to focus on delivery and work to deadlines, demonstrating initiative, bringing great ideas to the table with excellent communication skills.
- Use of project management tool, Trello, to ensure smooth running of creative design projects with key stakeholders.
- Ability to guide, mentor and coach other designers and team members ensuring a cohesive brand voice and vision.
- Team player and resilience to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the retail landscape.
