Technical Support Engineer
We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join a GOV organisation to support their Technical Hub to drive ticket management.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing continuous support and taking steps to improving service support.
Experience:
- Troubleshooting and repairing PC's and Laptops
- HP and Dell Understanding
- Technical updates
- Triage on Technical Hardware
- Service Maintenance
- Liaise and Arrange Parts for Technical Equipment
- Manage active and potential service issues
Contract Details:
- £150 - £160 Per Day (Inside IR35)
- Onsite
- 3 Months Initial Contract (With Extension Possibilities)
- Able to Gain to SC Clearance
