Role overview
As a Marketing Executive, you will be a pivotal part of Nicholson’s marketing effort, driving the implementation and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and analysing market trends to optimize our efforts.
You will collaborate closely with our sales and management team to ensure alignment with business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions.
The role requires full time presence on premis. 40 hour week.
Key responsibilities
Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audiences.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials and collateral.
- Manage the marketing budget and track expenditures.
- Responsibility of the website as a central source of information for Nicholson products
- Responsible for SEO
- Ensuring that we are GDPR compliant and being responsible for the Company Data Officer Role.
- Alignment with, and commitment to the Nicholson company values
- Prior marketing experience in the construction/roofing industry will provide candidates with a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding and experience of marketing principles, including proven experience in marketing roles, preferable within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative flair – proven ability to create brand value through consistent application of guiding principles and promotion.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent experience in CRM systems and use/integration for marketing activities
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics
Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
