Job Description- Routine servicing.
- Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve at the press with minimal downtime to aid production.
- Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management.
- Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
- Ensure company targets are met in respect of quality of parts produced.
- Identify spares requirements and log usage.
- Preventative and Reactive maintenance on Mould Injection Machinery and robotic machinery.
- Test and confirm electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic operations of mould injection Machine.
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship at all times.
- Be actively involved in improvement activities to support the achievement of departmental and company objectives.
- Ensure risk assessments are available, read and understood for each activity undertaken.
- Work within 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard
- Promote environmental issues and ensure all company procedures are understood and followed.
- Undertake special projects as required.
- Quality control of work by appropriate reviews
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.

06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 Rotating Weekly
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Engineer/Technician, experienced working in a manufacturing environment, as well as:
- A recognised Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or similar ideally)
- 17th/18th Edition trained
- Hydraulics/Pneumatics experience is required
- Injection moulding machinery experience would be beneficial
- Strong communication skillset
- Up to £42,000
