Job Description

A Interim HR Manager:

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle as a HR Manager
  • Drive forward the diversity and inclusion agenda and initiatives. Look at a previous audit report to implement any new initiatives and gaining accreditation's
  • Drive forward an D&I accreditation's
  • Review and implement the staff survey results
  • Focus on overall improvements for the function
  • Lead on any learning and development initiatives and focus on improving their overall offering
  • Work with a wider HR team and work in an autonomous and collaborative manner
  • Ensure the DEI policy are up to date and implemented effectively
  • Potential to go permanent

The Successful Applicant

A Interim HR Manager with:

  • Previous experience working in a charity essential
  • Previous HR Generalist or manager level experience with a focus on projects
  • Ability to start from November

£45-50,000 per annum day rate equivalent
