Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be first point of call for customers who have a query regarding their insurance cover.
You will be often dealing with customers going through quite difficult situations outstanding customer service is key for the role and the resilience to be able to handle complaints and resolve these promptly and to service level agreements.
The role will be processing claims as the role develops you will be working in a contact centre environment alongside a fab team!
Profile
Ideally some customer service experience within an office environment however the business can be open
Exceptional customer service skills
