Position: Assistant Head Coach
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Hours: Full-time (45 hours per week, Monday - Saturday)
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum

Your Role:
- Assist the Head Coach in inspiring and managing a team of dedicated coaches.
- Support the development and implementation of cutting-edge fitness programs.
- Foster a positive, success-driven culture among our members and coaching team.
- Step into leadership responsibilities as you grow, preparing to take on the Head Coach role.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be qualified at Level 3 Personal Training.
- Ideally have 2+ years of experience in a coaching role, with a strong desire to advance in leadership.
