Salary: £55,000 + OTE
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic pharmacy accounts. You will develop strong relationships, maximise sales opportunities, and promote product portfolio across independent, short-line, and full-line pharmacy customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand a portfolio of key pharmacy accounts across the UK.
- Understand Pharma market and have previous experience in this field
- Drive sales of prescription and OTC products into both full-line and short-line pharmacy environments.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements.
- Identify high-margin opportunities and fast-moving product lines.
- Analyse sales trends and deliver accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Proven experience selling pharmaceuticals directly to pharmacies.
- Strong understanding of short-line vs full-line distribution models.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Full UK driving licence.
Degree or background in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology).
