1:1 Teaching Assistant – Lincoln Area
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to provide 1:1 support and help make a real difference in a child’s education.
The Role:
- Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN)
- Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
- Contract: Full-time, Temporary/Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised one-to-one support for a student with SEN.
- Assist with tailored learning plans to support academic and social progress.
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies.
- Foster positive engagement in classroom activities and behaviour management.
- Track and report the student’s progress to teachers and parents.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties).
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication skills for working with staff and parents.
- Relevant qualifications, such as Level 2 or 3 in SEN or Teaching Assistance.
