Your new role:

Customer Support Administrator with HUB 2 - Sub Hub 1. This role will involve providing administrative support across a range of teams by demonstrating a high level of customer service with day-to-day work tasks. The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, professional, and personal support to Adult Social Care ensuring tasks are completed or allocated to the relevant individuals.

This is an important role and contributes to the local authority being able to fulfil its statutory duties. The role will work in a supported learning environment to develop skills, knowledge and behaviours required for this post. This position is hybrid working with the expectation that you will be on site at least 2 days a week, so a flexible approach is required to meet the needs of the business.

What you'll need to succeed:

Southend City Council are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Administrator with the necessary transferrable skills, and vision to work within a busy environment. Previous experience in administration is highly essential with the ability to work under pressure, deliver quality outcomes and act as a professional representative of the customer support service.
You must be flexible, a good communicator, work effectively as part of a team, proficient at administration including minute taking and computer literate. Knowledge of LiquidLogic would be an advantage but not essential as training is provided.

The successful candidate will also need to ensure that information is always kept highly confidential and secure.
