You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our company's finances and support within various administative tasks. The Part-Time Finance Administrator role will be suitable for an experienced, reliable individual that is keen contribute from a finance and administration perspective.
The salary is between £24,000 - £28,000 (full-time equivalent) across 25-30 hours a week plus benefits.
The Role
The main duties of the Part-Time Finance Administrator role consists of:
- Supporting with purchase and sales ledgers tasks when required; processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Filing for finance and HR function.
- Supporting with journal postings.
- Responsible for fuel cards and company vehicles.
- Supporting with HR and other departments with various projects.
- Various administration and filing tasks.
Requirements
To be considered for the Part-Time Finance Administrator role, you must ideally possess the following skills/experience:
- Must have experience within purchase or sales ledger.
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organised.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on set tasks.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
