This role will require you to be in the office 2 days a week and 1 day working from home (flexible). This role will report to the owner and will suit someone who is capable of independently working with a solid finance career to date.
Your new role- Cost Control: Analyse expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to control costs effectively.
- Legal and contract reviews
- Billings: Manage the entire billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Revenue growth: Contribute to revenue growth by providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Budgeting: Developing and managing annual budgets, tracking performance against targets and making necessary adjustments.
- Ability to work part-time, circa 2/3 days a week
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks).
- A solid understanding of financial principles and best practices.
