Are you an experienced administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, we’re looking for an Executive Administrator to join us, so we’d love to hear from you.
It’s an exciting time to join us. Over the next 12 months and beyond, we have an ambitious growth strategy. We’re modernising our systems and processes and reviewing how we position ourselves in the market.
What’s in it for you?

At Golden Charter, everyone is trusted to be themselves, develop themselves and make a valuable contribution for our customers. Our rewards and recognition are continually evolving to make sure we are well looked after whilst enabling us to choose the benefits we want.

We are currently based in Bearsden but will be moving to the city centre in the near future. We understand the importance of work life balance and believe that flexibility is key. Most of our teams split their time between home and the office, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and achieving our business objectives—regardless of location.

Along with flexibility, we offer lots of perks and benefits including a health cash plan, flexible benefits allowance, on-site masseuse and yoga classes, Employee Assistance Programme and mental health first aid, enhanced family friendly leave, 6% employer pension and retail discounts.
What you’ll be doing:

As the Executive Administrator, you’ll deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Assistant, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive’s office and the effective management of all administrative tasks.

You’ll be managing schedules, handling communications and streamlining administrative tasks. Key tasks will involve planning and booking travel and preparing travel itineraries, identifying and implementing improvements in office procedures and administrative processes and overseeing the holiday requests for the Executive Team.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills and an ability to manage their time and tasks. Attention to detail is key in this role along with a knowledge of Microsoft packages.
