IT Service Desk Technician
This will include basic fault resolution, triage of complex issues, equipment ordering and other administration duties.
Duties
A member of the IT Service Desk Team working to the company SLA’s KPI’s and guidelines
Excellent customer service is always delivered
Provide IT technical support for company systems and user equipment, including laptops, phones and tablets
First Point of contact for all IT Service Desk Tickets and enquirers
Manging Incoming calls to the IT Service Desk in line with KPI during core hours
Ordering of IT equipment.
Performing administrative support duties, as required, to meet specific operational objectives including asset tracking.
Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
Experience working in an IT Service Desk TeamBasic knowledge on Office 365
Experience supporting windows 10,11 & Office 365 Apps
Experience supporting hardware such as Laptops, Tablets, Phones & Printers
Driving licence and own car
