Position Details:- Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Lincoln
- Availability: 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
- Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
- Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
- Experience or a strong desire to work with SEN pupils.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's development.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Flexibility and dedication to providing consistent, high-quality support.
