Salary Range: £140 - £170 per day (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team at a mainstream secondary school in Aldershot.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of varying abilities (Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5)
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to promote student engagement and achievement
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing effective strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver an inspiring curriculum that aligns with national standards and the school's objectives
- Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative learning community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Degree in English or a related field
- Proven experience teaching English at secondary level, preferably within a mainstream school
- Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Understanding and knowledge of the UK national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a love for English and achieve their academic goals
- A commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest educational practices
