What You'll Do: As our Electrical Supervisor, you will take charge of overseeing our electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance every step of the way. Your keen eye for detail and leadership skills will help you manage a talented team of electricians, guiding them to achieve excellence in every task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installations and maintenance in residential projects.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of projects, including progress reports and budgets.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with relevant certifications - City & Guilds 2382-18 or equivalent (18th edition)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the housing industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a knack for motivating others.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Bolton area.
