Company Commercial Solicitor - Bedfordshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review complex contracts
• Handle business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
• Manage compliance and risk assessment
• Represent businesses in litigation and dispute resolution
• Provide general legal advice on various corporate matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city Firm
• Demonstrable expertise in preparing sale and purchase agreements and other technically demanding documents
• Excellent technical knowledge of all areas of company commercial law, including buying and selling businesses
