Regional Facilities Manager - Kingston upon Hull

Work Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

About the Role:

Mitie Landscapes is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to lead and develop our Yorkshire Water Contract. As part of the UK's leading FM company, you will oversee day-to-day operations in Grounds Maintenance and projects within this contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results every day.
• Drive efficiency and resource utilisation to maximise operational and financial performance.
• Manage and develop a professional and effective operational team.
• Ensure the highest standards in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and people management skills.

What We Are Looking For:

• An ambitious and motivated senior manager with experience in the horticultural/landscaping industry.
• Proven management experience and financial acumen.
• Strong understanding of operational IT systems.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems.
• Ability to represent Mitie effectively in internal and external meetings.
• A leader who motivates and manages teams effectively.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Grounds Maintenance Experience
