We are now looking for an energetic Scheduler / Commissioning Coordinator to join us and help scale the business:

Requirements
  • The Scheduler / Commissioning Coordinator will be responsible to plan and schedule the Field Service Engineers work, provide service support to the Operations Manager, liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams and take ownership for commissioning sockets onto the Charge Point Management System.
  • Proven experience in coordinating, scheduling field based teams including external contractors, service support both internally and externally and ordering of materials
  • Demonstrable communication skills, a team player and have a proactive approach to delivering tasks
  • The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and external contractors. Experience of working with ticketing systems would be advantageous.
  • Prepare and manage the delivery and communication of weekly look ahead plans for field engineers and contractors
  • Contacting customers over the phone to book work, arrange access and plan for engineers. Inputting orders, ordering parts and scheduling field service work.
  • Coordinate and manage sockets being commissioned onto the Charge Point Management System (CPMS) and other CK systems
  • Schedule and plan commissioning work with contractors and internal field teams and be on call to manage data integration and successes / failures of sockets into the CPMS
  • Complete daily shift reports and assist the Operations Manager
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings with delivery and operations teams
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of IT systems, such as MS Office, Teams
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organised with a good attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive, 'can do' attitude
  • Assisting the Operations team with administrative duties to provide an efficient, high-quality service

Desirable:

  • Experience in a repairs & maintenance environment
  • Experience of working within MS Dynamics, Site Tracker or similar environments
  • EV Charge Point Management System experience preferrable
