• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with pupils across different year groups.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting children with SEN
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in working with diverse student needs and learning styles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parentscarers.
