Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their learning and development across Key Stages 1 & 2.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring classroom management.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with SEN.
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage student progress and support emotional and social development.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role (ideally within Key Stages 1 & 2).
- Experience or a willingness to work with children with SEN.
- Flexibility to adapt to different teaching environments and school settings.
- A passion for supporting children in their education and development.
Location: This role is based in the Somerset area, with a variety of placements available.
