About the Academy
Outwood Academy Riverside, founded in September 2020 through the Free Schools Programme, implements the Riverside values programme for all students at the start of every academic year.
The academy is dedicated to the wide variety of students who enrol, ensuring strong routines and top-notch pastoral care for all pupils.
Located at Russell Street, Middlesbrough, Outwood Academy Riverside is set to have a new school built on Pioneering Way close to Middlesbrough College. Additionally, a satellite site in Eston has opened in September 2024 as the school continues to grow.
About the role
Duties in this role include communicating with other academy staff to ensure pupils receive the support they require, dealing with queries from parents, composing academy letters, preparing items for postage and ensuring all visitors to the academy follow the sign in procedure and have the appropriate security clearance.
As this is a forward-facing role, the successful candidate should provide exceptional front-of-house service for our Academy. You must be approachable and welcoming along with having excellent organisational skills, be confident and have the ability to communicate confidently and hold an understanding of safeguarding children.
