We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Operations Support Manager to join a rapidly growing award-winning business in Blackpool.
Proud of their reputation for delivering quality customer service, this company are looking to recruit a Sales & Operations Support Manager to lead their Operations Support team.
Leading a team of three on a daily basis you will be responsible for …- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the support teams (holidays, absences, performance)
- Manage the onboarding process for new customer contracts and uploading relevant information on the to database
- Manage and prioritise the workload of your team (of 3) ensuring work is completed within deadlines and to a high quality
- Prepare and deliver reports for management
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with flexibility for the right candidate
- 25 days plus bank holidays and office Christmas closure!
- Office based position in Blackpool, just off Junction 4 of the M55
