WCN Care Group are well established within the Bournemouth & Poole area and our two Care Homes have previously been nominated for “Best Care Team”, “Care Home of the Year” and a “Special Recognition Award” in the Bournemouth Proud to Care Awards.
We have expanded our facilities and opened a Domiciliary Care Agency, covering the areas throughout Dorset. You will be providing care and support for those with more complex needs but still can remain in their own home. As a care assistant you could be the highlight to somebody’s day or you could be there for them in their darkest hour, but you’ll do this all with the support of our fantastic team. Below is a list of some of the things a client may need assistance with:
- Light cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, medication, personal care, help to get dressed, washing and bathing, medical appointments, day centres, appointments, and social activities.
We are recruiting for Days & Nights positions.

Access to a car is essential as travel between clients homes will be required.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, good team players, have excellent time keeping skills and able to work using their own initiative.
