Job Description
The Commercial Solicitor will hold the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
- Advising clients on commercial agreements.
- Handle complex legal matters.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Solicitor should have:
- 0-3 years PQE
- Excellent knowledge of commercial law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
