About us

  • Sell dog treats and other dog merchandise
  • Set up and close down the play area, ensuring it is kept clean throughout the day
  • Monitor the dogs attending the sessions (the owners will always be present)
  • Manage The Dug and Bone social media whilst on shift (Instagram, FB, Tiktok)
  • Respond to email enquiries in a professional and warm manner
  • Responsible for opening and closing the building
  • Cashing up at the end of the day, recording accurately all sales and storing taking securely

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in animal care or a related field is essential
  • Knowledge of basic veterinary care and procedures is a plus
  • Barista skills advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided
  • Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners in a professional and friendly manner
