School Receptionist
Your new company
Hays Education are working with a secondary school in Nottingham who are looking for a School Receptionist to start as soon as possible on a temporary contract for a minimum of six months.
Your new role
As a School Receptionist, you will play an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the school that ensure it runs smoothly. Your duties may include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the school
- Supporting parents, staff and students with enquiries
- Directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
- General office administrative duties
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ideally have previous experience of working in a school office
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
- Competitive daily rate
- Ideal working hours (school time)
