About Our Client

The company is a large organisation in the Property industry seeking a Receptionist to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract. Operating throughout the UK, they prioritise a collaborative and professional environment and are renowned for their dedication to quality and service.

Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming and professional service.
  • Manage telephone calls, messages, and email correspondence promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging events.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in arranging travel and accommodations for staff when necessary.
  • Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Property industry is desirable.
