What You'll Be Doing:As a Payroll Administrator, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. Your role will include:
Handling Queries: Respond to inquiries from contractors, clients, and agencies through phone, email, and webchat.Supporting Payroll Processes: Engage in vital tasks such as data entry, raising invoices, and processing timesheets and expense claims.
Assisting with PAYE and Pension Queries: Receive comprehensive training to help you navigate these important areas with confidence.
Providing Reports and Documentation: Ensure contractors receive the necessary reports and documentation in a timely manner.
Learning and Development: Dive into the world of umbrella payroll and compliance processes with a supportive team by your side.
What We're Looking For:Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Experience: Previous office-based or customer service experience is essential.Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner are a must.
Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will be beneficial.
organisational Skills: You should be organised, team-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced payroll environment is key!
