As a Key worker you will manage a caseload of participants, providing 1:1, support and guidance to help them overcome complex barriers to employment
Key role and responsibilities for a Employment Support Worker
Carry out a comprehensive initial assessment with all participants to assess barriers, develop an individual action plan with clear goals, and identify barriers and measures to overcome these barriers.Raise aspirations of Service Users to move into employment, education or training by supporting them.
Support Service Users with Complex needs
Complete appropriate referrals
Minimum requirements for a Employment Support Worker
Experience supporting service users with complex needsKnowledge and understanding of the barriers to unemployment, training, and education
