Learning Support Assistant - Abbot Beyne School - to start September
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly committed Learning Support Assistant
to join our dedicated and hard-working Learning Support Department. The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a team. You will be expected to work with SEND students across the age range 11-16 years. Ideally you will have some experience of working with children who have a range of learning / behaviour difficulties and be an expert in raising levels of literacy and numeracy.

We have non-teaching Heads of Year to support behaviour. We ensure no teaching staff have to complete any duties, that they can take their PPA at home and have significantly reduced workload, including reduced marking.

CPD is personalised to focus on an area of your practice that you want to develop and some directed CPD is flexible - allowing freedom to decide when and where to do it during the school year
