PURPOSE
As a key part of the Commercial Team, your purpose will be to provide commercial and revenue management support across Warner. Principally, this will be focussed on achieving revenue growth at each of our hotels by supporting providing the Commercial Team and wider business with reporting and analysis alongside making key day to day revenue management decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Consistently deliver regular, accurate reporting in a timely manner
- Develop reporting capabilities across the business regular analysis and interpretation of data
- Own and develop complex Excel based reports and tools required by the business
- Work closely with hotel and support teams to ensure the commercial strategy is delivered consistently, ensuring that the sales and marketing teams have all the information they need
- Contribute to pricing decisions at a very detailed level and ensure these are delivered accurately
- Work off own initiative to conduct analysis and feedback insight to the sales and marketing teams on a regular basis.
- Revenue Management background or exposure would be desirable but not essential
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar position
- Strong Excel knowledge and analytical skills
- Business/Economics/Numerical related Degree/equivalent experience
- Confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment based on logical, detailed analysis
- Attention to detail, inquisitive mind and proactive approach
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The ideal person will have experience of providing reporting and analysis in a business environment and ideally have had some exposure to revenue management. You will combine a logical, analytical approach to your work with the ability to help others understand the insight and analysis produced.Attention to detail and an inquisitive mind will ensure that every detail is thought through when faced with a problem. You will be willing to challenge processes and have the ability to think outside of the box.
