Identify and convert new business opportunities, proactively generating and qualifying leads.
Attend weekly industry networking events to expand connections and enhance brand presence.
Gain a deep understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape within the construction sector.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
Work closely with internal teams sales, marketing, and customer support to enhance business operations.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
Strong knowledge of the construction sector.
Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
Confident communication and presentation abilities.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements
