ESS Employment are recruiting on behalf of an organisation based in Pucklechurch. This role would be ideal for someone who has some previous office-based experience and is looking for the next step in their administrative career.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing of incoming phone calls
  • Work closely with Administration Manager and cover duties when requested/needed.
  • Support Service Manager with Stock, RMA’s and Goods In/Out
  • Check Pricing against quote/project.
  • Confirm receipt of order to customer
  • Input of orders onto system
  • Processing and management of UK Sales Orders with order processing team
  • Send Order Confirmation, Delivery information and invoice to customer.
  • Deal with any customer enquiries as required.
  • Ensure accurate packs quotations are produced.
  • Engage with Project Managers
  • Engage and support Sales Project Manager
  • Engage and maintain relationships with installers.
  • Management of Sales Leads

Key Experience and Skills:
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Knowledge of booking-keeping (Sage) and credit control would be advantageous.
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to retain information.
  • Strong team player
  • Loyal and committed.
