Turners (Soham) Ltd is looking to recruit an enthusiastic team member to take on the role of Office Administrator based at our Western-super-Mare depot.

Successful Administrator will be dealing directly with customers and drivers and therefore will need to have good time keeping and professional communication skills. In addition to this, understanding the importance of deadlines and working well under pressure is an essential requirement for this role.

A flexible working ethic would also be desirable along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs. Full training will be provided on all in-house systems.

The job role includes:
  • Communication with customers and drivers
  • Wages and invoicing
  • Ensuring a smooth process of all the paperwork within department
  • Data entry
  • Assisting with general enquiries
  • General office administration tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Great attention to detail
  • 2 years minimum in an analyst or administrator role.
  • Experience working to deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Road transport experience would be very advantageous but not essential.
  • Work well within a team
Part time position available - Permanent

Monday to Friday. Hours: 09:00 – 15:00 (Hours can be flexible, to be discussed in interview).
