Your new company
Hays are working with an established business in Telford who are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join their team on a part time basis. They are ideally looking for between 18 - 24 hours per week
Your new role
You will take responsibility for a weekly payroll of c 100 employees- Maintain and update employee records in the system
- Process new starters and leavers payroll information
- Assist in the reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Working closely with other internal teams to resolve queries or obtain information
- Prepare reports for management analysis, including payroll summaries and accounts payable information.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be experienced in Payroll, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy and good communication skills
