Optime Group are recruiting experienced Customer Service Agents to join a well-respected and successful client based in Enfield. This job offers full-time hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company providing fantastic conditions and facilities.

Role overview:

You will be the over the phone contact for DHL customers, have a proactive approach to the coordination and communication of; customer information and enquiries. To manage the patient and hospital staff communications and ensure patient care is effective, understanding customer needs and representing DHL difficulties.

Assessing and booking Transport for patients who require hospital transport following the NHS Trust guidelines.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: £27,352 per annum
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday ( No Weekend or Bank Holidays work as standard )
  • Hours/Breaks: 08:00am to 17:00pm, with one week in the month working 09:00am to 18:00pm (advance notice is always given)
  • Breaks and Lunches are planned by Management to ensure efficient cover:
  • 30mins Lunch
  • 2 x 10 mins breaks (AM and PM)
  • Training: 2 weeks on-site training
  • Weekly Pay (every Friday).
  • Immediate Start!
  • Temp to Perm (performance related).
Role and Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Hospital Logistics Customers
  • To book patients transport via phone by following the appropriate eligibility criteria.
  • Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective verbal communication.
  • To ensure all bookings have been created correctly and make adjustments when necessary.
  • To be able to sign post an individual to alternative options if they fail patient transport.
  • To call patients prior to their appointments to ensure the bookings are correct.

Requirements:

  • Good Communication
  • Computer Literate
  • High Volume Call Handling experience
  • Fast Paced environment
  • Enhanced DBS Checks
  • Full work history references if previously worked with Children and Vulnerable Adults.
