Position Overview

As a Customer Service Agent in our Online Pharmacy, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. You will interact with customers via live chat and phone, handling inquiries about medications, prescriptions, and online orders.

Your dedication to providing accurate information and empathetic assistance will contribute to our mission of enhancing customer health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Live Chat Support
  • Engage with customers professionally and courteously via live chat.
  • Assist with inquiries regarding prescription orders, medication details, and general questions.
  • Provide accurate guidance on product availability, pricing, and delivery options.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Phone Support
  • Answer incoming customer calls, offering assistance with orders and medication-related inquiries.
  • Provide personalised support, addressing concerns with empathy and patience.
  • Follow verification protocols for customer identities and order details.
  • Work closely with the pharmacy team to handle complex prescription issues.
Order Management
  • Help customers with placing, modifying, and canceling orders.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, collaborating with pharmacy staff.
  • Monitor order status and update customers on shipping and delivery timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using live chat and call center software.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy terminology and prescription processes is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to protecting customer privacy and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
