Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable individual to join the Medical Education Team. The post-holder will work closely with the Medical Education Managers, Training Programme Directors, IMG Tutor and Directors of Medical Education to promote, develop and support the provision of postgraduate medical education services in compliance with the national and local policies, procedures and contracts
This role is Part time, 15 hours a week, office based in Guildford, Surrey
Main duties of the job- Work closely with the Medical Education Managers to manage and deliver Doctor Induction, SAS doctor training programmes, teaching and mentorship
- Responsible for creating and maintaining up to date electronic data processes, including contact lists and resident doctor placements
- Responsible for updating, maintaining and reporting on the consultant educator approval database
- Administration support for Local Faculty Group Meetings including minute-taking, trainee progression

Essential criteria- Educated to A level standard (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 4 in business administration or equivalent experience in an administrative office (3 years)
- Experience of working in a Medical Education environment
- Experience of working in an administrative position in the NHS
Skills Test
Essential criteria- Good demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office applications
